By creating an account, uploading images, generating designs, subscribing, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these DesignDraft.ai terms and to the Archieboy Holdings, LLC master terms.

You must have the right to upload the photos, plans, references, and prompts you provide. DesignDraft.ai may process those materials to generate concepts, previews, and project assets for your account.
Generated images are design concepts. They are not architectural, engineering, permitting, safety, construction, or code-compliance advice. You are responsible for professional review before relying on any design for real-world work.
Plans, usage limits, and subscription terms are shown during checkout and in account billing. Access may change if a subscription is cancelled, expires, fails payment, or violates these terms.
DesignDraft.ai does not guarantee that generated designs will match exact materials, dimensions, availability, building conditions, local rules, or a final completed project.
Use of DesignDraft.ai is also governed by the Archieboy Holdings privacy policy at archieboy.com/privacypolicy.html.
