Not at all. Just describe what you want in plain English — new flooring, paint colors, furniture, lighting. The AI handles the rest.
We recommend JPG/JPEG or PNG images. The site enforces a 20 MB per-request upload limit — if your image is larger, please resize or compress it before uploading. For best results, use clear, well-lit photos.
Most generations complete in seconds to under a minute. Complex prompts or large images may take a bit longer — you’ll see live progress in your workspace while the design is being created.
First, try again — many failures are transient. If problems persist: 1) confirm your image is JPG/PNG and under 20 MB, 2) try a simpler prompt or a smaller image, and 3) check that you haven't reached your monthly generation limit. If you still need help, contact support and include your account email, project name (or project ID), and the time of the attempt so we can investigate quickly.

In short: state a design style (e.g., "Scandinavian"), list the key elements to change (flooring, paint, furniture), specify lighting/mood, and mention perspective/quality (e.g., "4K, photorealistic"). Yes — if enabled for your account, you can sign in with Google from the login page. If you don't see the Google option, you can still create and sign in with an email address and password. Contact support if you'd like us to check whether Google sign-in is available on your account.
Plans & Pricing
Free accounts get 5 AI generations per month at 1080p resolution. Pro accounts include 100 generations/month and Agency accounts include 250 generations/month; Pro and Agency also enable 4K downloads and additional features. Monthly generation counts reset on the 1st of each month. If you reach your limit, you can upgrade to add more generations immediately or wait for the monthly reset.
Free users receive designs at 1080p. Pro and Agency plan subscribers get full 4K resolution — ideal for client presentations, permits, and large-format printing.
Yes, you can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period.
If you reach your monthly generation limit you won't be able to create more designs until your quota resets on the 1st of the next month. You can also upgrade to a higher plan at any time to get more generations immediately (we'll show upgrade options in your account).
We process subscriptions using Stripe for secure card payments. You can manage your plan, view invoices, and cancel or upgrade any time from Billing & Subscription in your account. Receipts are emailed automatically after each charge; if you need help, contact us via the support form and include your account email.
Privacy & Security
Yes. Your uploaded photos and generated images are stored securely (we use Amazon S3 for storage) and are private to your account. We do not share them with third parties or use them to train public AI models. If you need an image removed, contact support and we’ll handle it promptly.
If you'd like your account and associated images removed, please contact us via the support form or email hello@designdraft.ai with your account email and a short request. We'll process account deletion and remove uploaded/generated images on request, then confirm when complete. Note: we may retain limited transactional records (invoices/receipts) as required by law.
